Making Applesauce Just Reset My Life

Last Saturday was HOT. Still, it was the day friends of mine and I decided to take our daughters apple picking at a farm near Princeton, NJ. We picked golden delicious, granny smith, gala, and early fuji varieties. The hot air, finding shade in a back row of apple trees, and tasting an apple my hand had picked provided the healing balm and relaxation I so needed.
