I write on Medium to support my own and others' personal development. Like many of you here on Medium, writing has been a creative and transformative outlet for me for most of my life. I tend to write about leadership, home, self-care, and relationships at the intersections of the identities that bring the most challenge, opportunity, celebration, and quite often confusion to my life - race, gender, and class.
